Ingredients
Dates - 10 nos.
All purpose flour -3 tbs
Egg-1
Condensed milk-1/2 tbs
Sugar as per taste
Milk - 2 tbs
Oil to fry
Method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients,except dates,and make a batter little thicker than dosa batter.Dip the dates and deep fry it...Serve it hot hot at tea time...

we make this during ramzan, but without egg and condensed milk. looks good dear.we fill in the dates with cashew nut or almonds too.
