Squid Fry

Squid-500 gms
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Jeera powder-1 tsp
Curry leaves- 5-6
Oil-50 ml
Salt as required

How to fry

Clean and cut the squid into small pieces.Marinate the squid with salt chilly powder,turmeric,pepper and jeera powder.In a pan add some water and pour the marinated squid into it.Boil the squid for 10 minutes.Add oil,chilly and curry leaves into it and fry for 10 more minutes.Here is the squid fry for lunch with rice or for dinner with chappathi.
